My Journey

Living in wellness is about just that, helping to create healthier and more empowered individuals by providing a wide range of services to allow people to thrive.
I’ve always had a passion for Chinese language and cluture which first led me to study Chinese at university. Since then I have had various career pathways while also embarking on a wellness journey of my own.

Along the way I learned to meditate and become a Reiki practitioner, which opened the door to the world of complementary medicine. It wasn’t too long before I found myself drawn to the world of acupuncture, and I’m now excited to share the fruits of this journey with you.
I’m proud to have graduated from the Northern College of Acupuncture (NCA) in York, a leader in acupuncture and Chinese medicine education for nearly 40 years. It’s a pleasure to now be able to compassionately support people on their health and wellness journeys.
The NCA is accredited by the British Acupuncture Accreditation Board (BAAB), the educational accreditation arm of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) who are in turn regulated by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
